Payment terms for Fundraising organizations(501(c)3): Requires a $250.00

deposit and are billed net 20 when the product ships.

Terms for non 501(c)3 organization are: $250 deposit to start project and

balance due in full upon approval of "proof" (either paper proof or product proof

depending on the product) unless other payment terms have been arranged

with Signature Creations in writing prior to starting a project.

For WOVEN products, there is a possibility of up to a 10% over runs or under runs.

I understand that if I am located in the state of California I will be billed

7.75% sales tax unless I have provided a California State Tax Exempt Form.
