We accept cashier's checks and personal checks for payment.


What are my shipping options?

Your shipping options are UPS ground and the US Postal Service.


When am I charged for my order?

You will be billed via email when your order ships.


How do I change quantities in my order?

If your order is already in process and you need to increase the amount please just email or give us a call and we will take care of that for you.


How do I get a copy of my invoice?

You will receive your invoice via email when your order ships.


When will my order be shipped?

Most orders take 3 to 4 weeks to ship unless there is a "special rush" request that has been approved.


When will I receive my sample?

Most sample throw blankets ship to our customers within 1 to 2 weeks after their artwork has been approved.


How do I track my order?

We will email you when your order ships, however, if you would like, we can also email you your UPS tracking number as well.
