Payment terms for Fundraising organizations(501(c)3): Requires a $250.00 deposit and are billed net 20 when the product ships.

Terms for non 501(c)3 organization are: $250 deposit to start project and balance due in full upon approval of "proof" (either paper proof or product proof depending on the product) unless other payment terms have been arranged with Signature Creations, LLC in writing prior to starting a project.

For WOVEN products, there is a possibility of up to a 10% over runs or under runs.
Customer is responsible for paying for over runs (if any) on their project. If an under run occurs customer will only be billed for the actual quantity of product shipped. Please talk with a rep if you need clarification of this item.

For SCREEN PRINTED products, there is a possibility of up to a 3% over runs or under runs. Customer is responsible for paying for over runs (if any) on their project. If an under run occurs customer will only be billed for the actual quantity of product shipped. Please talk with a rep if you need clarification of this item. 

Artwork may be submitted via email as follows. For woven products submit photos in jpg, gif, psd, ai, ppt, or pps. Note that the higher the quality we start with the better the detail will be on your woven product.

For Screen printed products, please submit all design information at 300dpi or better.
Max file size 4mb. File types accepted are jpg, gif, psd, ai, ppt, pps, or pdf.

I understand that if I am located in the state of California I will be billed 7.75% sales tax unless I have provided a California State Tax Exempt Form .  Please select one of the following.
